“Man Jeetey Jag Jeet” in Japji Sahib by Guru Nanak is a world-famous teaching of controlling over the desires of mind lest one gets corrupted by them.

"Pain, Love or lust is a burning desire that sets your heart on fire, the heart in-turn sends smoke into the head. One can't smell the smoke when heart is on fire. Exposure to smoke speeds up the Brain's aging process making Cerebral Cortex(A part of the Brain crucial for thinking skills and Memory) ,Thinner. Even poets don't know the ignition point of the heart .Control your Brain to pull your Heart back to a non-smoking zone, otherwise also the Creator has provided a governor in human heart for certainty of it's resurrection."

When I was a child,I was fascinated by  a few insects,like Butterflies,Jugnu (Glow worm-or firefly), Lady bug,and Beer bahuti(Brother's Bride-In Punjabi).The former two were out of reach of kids, Ladybirds and Beer Bahuti have long been of interest to children, as such I could play with the later Two. " Yeh aam taur par kisi aise shakhs ke liye jo apne  aap ko kuch – Khansahab Turram Khan,Fanneh Khan ,Nadhu Khan ki tarah – ziadah samajh raha ho ya apne ohdey se uncha ya alag salook ki umeed kar raha ho.
