kisi se maafi maang li to kisi ko maaf kar diya...!

3) Is qadarr tora hai mujhaay uss ke be-wafaai nay "ghalib"
Abb koi agarr pyar se bhi daikhaay to bikharr jata hoon mai ...


4) Kitnaa khouff hota hai shaam kay andheroon mein,
Poochh un parindo.n say jin kay ghar nahi hotay ...

 5) Hum toh fanaah ho gaye uskii ankhen dekh kar Ghalib,
Naa janay woh Aainaa kiasay dekhte hogey ...!

6) Unkay dekhnay say jo aa jaati hai muh par raunaqq,
Woh samajhatey hai ki bimaar ka haal achcha hai ...

 7) Dil say terey nigaah jigarr tak utarr gaye,
Dono ko eik adaa mein razaamand karr gaye ...


8) Mitegi aapke dil ki chubhan zaroor,
Kisi ke paer ka kanta nikal kar dekho.

  9) Rahi na taaqat-e-guftaar, aur agar ho bhi to
kis umeed pe kahiye ke aarzoo kya hai!

(On keeping  desires and fantasies alive in Old age)
10)  Go haath ko jumbish nahi aankhon mein to dum hai
Rehney do abhi sagar-o-meena mirey aagey.

" Yeh aam taur par kisi aise shakhs ke liye jo apne  aap ko kuch – Khansahab Turram Khan,Fanneh Khan ,Nadhu Khan ki tarah – ziadah samajh raha ho ya apne ohdey se uncha ya alag salook ki umeed kar raha ho.
