Image of a Woman in the eyes of Aristotle
Aristotle(384 BC-322 BC)
Aristotle
,a great thinker, philosopher, scientist and inventor of logic got
wrong having problems with women .In his opinion Women being
endowed with irrationality, weakness, passivity, and imperfection, were
not capable of abstract reasoning and were bound to the domestic sphere.
women ,he believed differed physically and mentally, saw them as
subject to men. They have fewer teeth, were more impulsive, more
compassionate, more complaining, more opinionated, more jealous ,more
deceptive, more easily move to tears, more mischievous and more
retentive of memory, garrulous, more prone to despondency more apt to
scold and to strike. I differ with him as I'm a feminist and he was a misogynist. To be fair to the fair sex, Bottom line is that you either have 28 to 32 teeth regardless of if you are a man or woman, women are equally mentally tough
although women tend to be more resilient and men more confident .women
may not be equal to men in terms of strength ,but are equal to men in
terms of rational and occupational capacity ,she is a 'Fair Sex' and a 'better-half'! To be fair to Aristotle and in lighter vein, I'm inclined to agree with him about the rest of his opinion about women!
